Sheepskin care

Sheepskin is naturally water resistant and therefore small amounts of water will not seep through and damage your product. For further protection, treat products with an UGG Australia Stain and Water Repellant.

Hand wash only. DO NOT use a washing machine. Moisten sheepskin footwear with clean cold water. Dulite Cleaner and Conditioner to a wet sponge. DO NOT apply Cleaner and Conditioner directly onto footwear.  Gently scrub to clean entire area. Sheepskin has a delicate which can be damaged if scrubbed aggressively or with undiluted concentration. Rinse clean in clean, cold water and allow to dry naturally and slowly.  DO NOT dry in direct heat or sunlight.  Once footwear is dry, lightly brush with a very soft suede brush in one direction only.

Suede Care

The key to the the care of suede is preventative maintenance; prior to wearing your suede footwear, treat them with a water and stain repellant specifically designed for suede. Re-treat as soon as the water stops beading on the surface.

Use a plastic or rubber tipped brush regularly to treat the nap of the suede - this will also remove dirt that collects on the surface of the shoe.

Leather Care

Care for your leather UGG Australia footwear is a four part process.  First, use a leather cleaner to remove any dirt. Second apply a leather conditioner to soften and lubricate the leather. Next use a leather polish after conditioning to shine the leather. Follow this step with a leather waterproof guard against the elements.
