The fault must be verified by LuxuryBoots.co.uk as a manufacturing fault before a refund or exchange is issued, on receiving a returned item we will contact the customer to advise how we will continue with the return. If the item is faulty the cost of postage will be refunded by LuxuryBoots.co.uk.
Return/Exchange an item if the item, which you ordered, does not fit, or you just simply do not like it, then you may return the item within 7 days of receipt to LuxuryBoots.co.uk for a full refund or exchange. Items to be returned
If the security seal is broken, the tags are missing or there is evidence that the item has been worn (deodorant marks, smell of smoke, perfume/aftershave) then the item will be returned to you and no refund or exchange will be issued.
You must complete the returns form that is printed on the back of your receipt and post it to the above address. The cost of returning an item is to be paid for by the customer and the returned item is the customers responsibility until it arrives at LuxuryBoots.co.uk, therefore we recommend sending parcels via recorded delivery so if the parcel is lost in transit it is insured by Royal Mail.
